Why start with one character?
A stable character gives every new choice somewhere to belong. A look, role, place, story, or comic adds to one growing world instead of becoming another disconnected AI result.
Why questions first?
The goal is not merely a polished picture. Children need room to decide what they want, notice what feels wrong, explain what matters, and choose what should happen next.
The child is the creative director. AI is a visible implementation partner.
