Common questions
How do we start?
A parent or legal guardian chooses Start an adventure, reads and accepts the parent confirmation, and signs in with Google. If asked, choose a fictional creator nickname. Clover then welcomes you into the first adventure.
What happens in the adventures?
At the forest market, make Luma a poster and then a song. After keeping the song, Clover invites you to meet Milo. In that second chapter, make a picture or a song for him.
Where are our creations?
My creations appears beside the account actions once you have completed the market chapter or saved a complete adventure creation. Open it to browse by chapter, view pictures, play songs and read lyrics. Incomplete drafts do not appear.
Can we return to an adventure?
Open a saved creation in My creations and follow its adventure link. This returns to the adventure, not an editor for that particular historical version.
Are creations public?
No. Saved works and generated media are private by default and belong to the signed-in parent’s account. Rifflo does not automatically publish them.
What if generation fails?
Keep the page open and use its recovery or retry action. If a result is available, review it before making a new version. Generating again creates a new result and does not guarantee an exact edit.
Why can’t I hear the song?
Use the play control on the saved song or its adventure preview and check your device volume. Audio requires your action to start; it does not play automatically in My creations.
How does optional voice input work?
Where a microphone is available, tap to record and again to stop. Review the returned text before sending it. Rifflo does not store the short recording. Do not include a child’s real name, school, address or contact details.
What if a result looks wrong or unsuitable?
Stop and review it with the nearby parent or guardian. You can choose not to keep it, describe a different idea, or leave the activity. AI output is not always appropriate or accurate.
Can a parent export or delete account data?
Yes. Account Settings lets the signed-in parent export account data or permanently delete the account, saved records, and private generated media.
